Refunds & Returns Policy

At Pack Arena, we take pride in delivering custom packaging with precision and quality tailored to your specifications. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the guidelines below:

Reporting Issues

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order if the products are defective or do not match the approved specifications.
  • Only products with verified defects are eligible for return or refund consideration.
  • We do not process returns or refunds for non-defective items.

When the Issue is on Our End

If a defect is due to an error on Pack Arena’s part:

  • We’ll reprint your entire order at no cost to you.
  • Our team will assess and confirm the defect; our evaluation will be final.

To proceed, you’ll need to:

  • Return the complete defective order within 7 business days.
  • Cover the return shipping expenses.
  • Provide visual proof of the defect (e.g., clear digital photos) to help us expedite the process.

When the Error is on the Client’s End

If the issue is due to incorrect files, approval errors, or other client-side mistakes:

You may still request a refund, but certain conditions apply:

  • The full order must be returned.
  • Refunds will be issued minus printing, shipping, setup, and billing charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

After Proof Approval

Once you approve your design proof, we move straight into production.

Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel within 4 hours after proof approval.
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be applied if processing has already begun.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after 12–24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Stage

Orders already in the printing stage are non-refundable.

Storage Option

To offer flexibility, Pack Arena provides free warehouse storage, allowing you to request shipment at your convenience.
